The FDA’s impending ban on flavored vape pods is about to take effect but you can still stock up and save money at the same time. Just to be clear, tobacco and menthol flavors will still be available but all other flavors will not be sold after January 31st, 2020.

While we aren’t ordering any more flavored vape pods, we do still have a pretty good selection in stock so if you want to make sure you get your flavor of choice, you might want to act fast because ever since the ban was announced, they’ve been flying off of our shelves. We’ve been getting quite a few questions from our customers about the ban so here’s what we know:
- Flavored vape pods for vaping devices like JUUL, Phix, Blu and others will effectively be banned after January 31st, 2020
- Tobacco and menthol flavored pods WILL NOT be part of the ban.
- Disposable flavored vape pods are currently NOT part of the ban but we will continue to monitor the FDA for updates.
- Flavored vape juice and e-liquids for mod style vaporizers (or open tank vaping devices as the FDA call them) are NOT part of the ban.
We understand that some our our customers are disappointed and quite frankly frustrated with the FDA’s decision to ban flavored vape pods but there isn’t really anything we can do other than help our customers stock up and save some money at the same time.
